{Behind} This Country Girl

Hi y'all! Welcome to my crazy and chaotic world that I so cleverly call, {Country} Life with A Front Porch View. My name is Demetria. I'm more commonly known as Demi unless you are one of my 5 little munchkins then I transform into their fun loving Dee-Dee. I'm a country music loving, cowgirl boots wearing, Southern Belle (aka stay at home mom) nearing her 30's (yikes) with one amazing family!

I live in a small town in Tennessee with my hubby Nathan, our son Logan, our cat Precious, and our dog Chloe. I love my little family so much. They keep me busy! Somewhere in between trips to school, cleaning house, paying bills, running errands, laundry, cooking and being super mom, I find time to blog about my life and all it's great wonders along with my crafting and anything else that comes to mind! Oh! I forgot to mention ... I'm also one kick-butt Cubmaster "Mom"!

This is me and my hubs. He's one terrific guy! I love him so much, and he does a great job of taking care of me and Logan! We have been married for 6 years but have been "together" much longer than that! Ah... high school sweethearts! It doesn't get much better than that! The hubs' work schedule keeps us going with trying to maintain a normal life! He runs our city's Water Dept. Enough said!

Logan is by far the highlight of my life. I don't know where I'd be without my precious little guy! He keeps me on my toes but what little boy doesn't right? Actually, he's not so little anymore ... he's taller than me! Logan is very smart, loves school, has an active imagination, and loves to read, write and draw pictures all over the place! He's also an avid video gamer and enjoys making comic books.

As you can see, I am one busy momma! It's a wonder all my hair hasn't fallen out yet! (chuckles) ... I wouldn't trade this life I have for nothing. It may not be perfect, but the people in it make it worth living everyday! I'm just like any other mom ... I worry, I cry, I have a temper, I'm the boss, I find lost socks, I fix boo-boos, I get emotional, and occasionally, I let loose and have fun! Somewhere in there, I have a diva (hrmm.. cowgirl) waiting to come out and shine!
